Returns & Exchanges
If you’re unhappy with your online order, we will accept returns of items up to 15 days after the shipment date. Returns must be received in the same condition in which they arrived to you: unused, unworn, and/or unwashed. Refunds for merchandise returned within the noted time period will be credited to your original payment method. Products must be returned in original packaging along with a print out of your order confirmation as proof of purchase.
We will not be able to accept your return if more than 15 days have passed since the shipment date; an item is not in its original condition, is damaged, is worn or washed, or is missing parts; merchandise that was purchased at our retail location in Beaver Creek; or the item purchased was marked as “Sale” or “Final Sale.”
We are unable to accept returns of items marked "Sale" or "Final Sale."
Instructions for Returning
Return by Mail
Please send your return to us at the address below in its original packaging. Include an invoice, receipt, or other proof of purchase and let us know why you’re returning it. You are responsible for the return shipping charges.

Once your return is received and inspected and approved for return, then your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original payment method. If the return is not approved, we will notify you and discuss next steps.
Return in Store
We will gladly accept your online return at our store in Beaver Creek. Bring a printout of your order confirmation, the item you wish to return, and the payment method used at the time of purchase.
If you received an item that was the wrong size, defective, or damaged and wish to exchange it, please call us at 970.949.5628 to discuss the issue. We are available to help you Monday through Friday from 10am-6pm (Mountain Standard Time).
