Our staff has extensive experience in the areas of interior furnishing projects, construction, and remodel design, as well as real estate staging. We also offer seasonal decorating services.
Karin Lanham— The owner of Karin's and a world-class interior designer, Karin has a fabulous reputation with her clients. Her clients include those living in mountain homes in the Vail Valley to clients across the country in Florida, and as far away as France! She has been featured in many magazine articles, as well as the well known Betty Lou Phillip's books of French design. Karin was born and educated in Germany, where she studied art history.
Susan Carlson— For the past 28 years, Susan has focused the majority of her interior design career facilitating her clients individualized design desires. Working with a diverse portfolio of unique remodel projects, as well as new construction designs, her innovative style, extensive pool of interior sources, and confidence with all ranges of design have been instrumental in her long and successful career. Her design projects include numerous homes in the Vail Valley and across the country.
